Moreover sheets, skived sheets, tubes and rods can be, upon request, processed by the chemical etching technology of Guarniflon®, allowing the PTFE to be bonded to surfaces of various materials.

HIGH PERFORMANCE SEALING SOLUTIONS
Special rings for all hydraulic applications where the PTFE compounds are able to grant high wear resistance, low friction even without lubrication, perfect sealing at low, medium and high pressures.

is a new patented Antibacterial product developed under the request for utilization in human spaceflight environment by the “Cleanliness & Bio Resources” department of Thales Alenia Space. It has been tested according ISO 22196:2007 “Plastics – Measurements of antibacterial activity on plastics surfaces”.

TEKBLUE

is a FDA approved blue PTFE detectable using optical scanner, metal detection equipment or X-ray equipment, whatever the type of food has been processed. This ensures that each fragment can be identified rapidly avoiding critical food contamination.

PTFE G673

is a new patented stainless steel filled PTFE developed to overcome surface finish problems after CNC and mechanical machining of standard SS filled PTFE. Composed of a unique blend of PTFE and special SS 316L powder PTFE G673 defines new standard for PTFE compounds in terms of mechanical strength, toughness, elasticity, durability and surface finish.

Guarniflon at PERUMIN Mining Fair from September 25 to 29, will be held in Arequipa with our local partners.

PERUMIN fair is the largest Mining Convention in Peru, organized by the Institute of Mining Engineers of Peru and one of the most relevant in the world. GUARNIFLON aims to further strengthen ties with companies in the South American mining sector, providing technical and innovative solutions to improve processes.
