Guarniflon decision to pursue IATF 16949 approval was driven by the Voice Of a number of our Customers purchasing PTFE components for automotive applications. A multi-year process that required the participation of all business functions under the process guidance of the Quality Department.
Guarniflon Quality & Customer Care Manager Mr. Marco Nocera and automotive process expert Mr. Marco Bonfardini, have led the IATF project up to the final stage, when independent auditors finally released the long awaited certificate. This critical milestone will enable Guarniflon to penetrate new market areas. We believe that IATF 16949 automotive quality standard systems homologation will allow us to meet the requirements of world class OEMs, and improve our ability to actively participate in new automotive projects for both traditional and hybrid/full hybrid vehicles.
